In the Mas de Prades restaurant, we follow culture and tradition. With roots based on coexistence with nature and our surroundings, the Ebro Delta. Our origins are in rice and its cultivation. Our ancestors built their towns and their lives around rice and the rice fields. Our house is an homage to all aspects of this culture, and that is why we like to define our restaurant as an arrocería. The sea, the river, the bays, the canals and the routes also form part of this tradition. Fish and seafood are its fruits, and the habitants feed upon them in a sustainable manner, like they have always done in the Ebro Delta.

The richness of the Ebro Delta has led to the creation of a wide range of dishes over the years that have become a part of the tradition. Tubs of smoked eel, rock mussels, razor fish and grilled clams. Black rice, rice with crab, lobster or prawns. Rice with duck from the Delta, or Queen's noodle fideuà with vegetables and cod. Grilled meat like a mixed grill, or Delta duck magret and home-made desserts such as “cocs” and blancmange made with rice flour.

Mas Prades is an old farmhouse in the Ebro Delta. Stone walls and wooden beams adorn its different spaces. An intimate and welcoming atmosphere in which you can breathe the same atmosphere as the people who lived here in olden times. Outside, surrounded by rice fields and nature, we can feel a landscape that is full of life.
