We collect oysters and mussels ourselves from the Delta and we work with fresh fish and seafood from Sant Carles de la Ràpita at Mariscos Fangar.We also prepare vegetables with extra virgin olive oil from Montsià and Baix Ebre. Our wine list is mainly made up of wines from the Terra Alta region.Gastronomy from our territory with products from the land.
